Turn A Gundam.

Wow, what a weird fucking show.

Took four episodes for it to start making sense, and yet I can't bring myself to stop watching.

Probably because Mustache Gundam is gorgeous looking, Harry Ord is a badass and I so want to fuck Sochie Heim.

In any case, once you get past the incoherent first few episodes, it's good fun compared to the usual super political GRIMDARK SERIOUS of most Gundam shows.

Turn A Gundam.

I'll take a look one day.

There are better Gundam shows, but this is definitely one of the most light-hearted ones.

Her hair is to die for.

Is it ever.

Short haired girls are the best, yo.

It heard it was supposed to connect together all the previous Gundams.

Yeah, I saw that timeline chart thing.

I don't quite get how it all ties together, but maybe I just need to look again.

even though this isn't exactly one of my favorite Gundam series, I do applaud it for the following:

- bringing back both the Zaku II AND Zaku I, AND without them sucking as much.
- tying in the eventual futures of most of the timelines.
- the use of WWI airplanes against mobile suits.
- the recycling of mobile suits from ZZ.

Yeah, seeing biplanes was a nice touch, although they aren't too efficient.

Grimdark is always a great way to become popular. And to resolve plot conflicts. No people alive, no loose ends to tie up!

KILL 'EM ALL TOMINO

Willy Wonka meets Gundam?

Seems that way to me.

I see what you did there.

And I smiled.
