Actually, I find it to be mostly the opposite.

The vast majority of dubs are at very least tolerable, when you really think back to the older shows, a lot of that stuff is total ear rape in English.

I have september's edition of Gameinformer and the Joker is on the front page. This new batman game looks fucking kick ass. The Joker is tied down like Hannibal Lector being wheeled away to Arkham Asylum. I know there was a graphic novel called Arkham Asylum, but the game looks completely different and they made their own story to most of it.
